Calling all MyMT™ members and past members! For the first time ever I am so excited to be hosting a Live Coaching Intensive Workshop in London on Sunday 20th November, 2022.
I hope you can join me in this member only exclusive to talk about all the things we didn’t quite get to in my 12 week courses, and why the MyMT™ approach is a new way of thinking about your menopause symptoms…
Do you still have unanswered questions about menopause?
Are you curious to learn more about menopause and ageing science?
Would you benefit from a Menopause Intensive?
Over the past couple of years I’ve had numerous women tell me that they would love to attend a more personalised workshop session with me, not only to help them stay on track, but to help them understand solutions specific to their own lifestyle and health issues.
I’ve always been keen, but until now have never had the opportunity. So I’m excited to let you know that for the first time ever I will be hosting a Menopause Intensive workshop in London at Regent’s University on Sunday 20th November.
We’ll be exploring some of the material I teach in my Continuing Professional Development courses, and also diving deeper into the content of my Circuit Breaker and Transform Me 12 week courses.
Some existing understanding of the menopause will definitely help, so this Intensive Workshop is only available to women who have already participated in one of my other courses. Numbers are limited, to make sure you get the best experience possible!
Whether you are a past or present member of the MyMT™ community, will you join me? It would be my pleasure to spend some quality time with you. My five reasons for you to attend are;
I’m going to focus on three areas of problem solving in this 3 hour intensive:
The conversations will be supportive, the solutions will be practical, the vibe will be positive and the tea will be hot!
So whether you want to dig deeper, or just want to hear it again live, I’m so excited to meet you and to problem solve with you. I can’t wait to meet you in person.
