Come behind the scenes with MyMT™ – “What I love is all the knowledge about how to look after myself in menopause. It’s life-changing!” [Tina, NZ]

Come Behind the Scenes with MyMT™

Not sure whether the MyMT™ programmes are for you? Or perhaps you’ve been looking at the MyMT™ menopause transformation programmes and not sure how these might help you or how you even access your programme?

If so, then let me take you behind the scenes because in your exclusive member area, is where you will find me!

The MyMT™ programmes are packed full of information and guides about the ‘how-to’ of managing sleep deprivation, hot flushes, joint pain, weight gain and heaps more.

When you sign up to either of the MyMT symptom reduction programmes (‘Circuit-Breaker’ for women who aren’t putting on weight and ‘Transform Me’ for women who are, or have already, put on lots of weight), then your programme selection is loaded into your private members area. As someone who is passionate about educating women at this time of life, I call this area your ‘Learning Hub’.

Each programme has 7-8 different modules, which teach you step-by-step how to turn around symptoms and/or lose weight. These modules contain webinars, videos and handouts, which give you all the information you need to get your health and symptoms under control. In both programmes, you also have access to my scientifically evidenced food info which is all in the MyMT™ Food Guide  – there are numerous recipes as well.

Women love how they only have to listen to one or two learning modules every fortnight. This allows time for you to go and put my suggestions for you into practice before you receive notification that your next module is open.

As ‘reminders’ there are PDF handouts for you of each module and these summarise what you need to put into place each day. My emails also arrive in your in-box each week and these add to your education and enthusiasm for keeping going!  Then of course, there is my private Facebook Coaching Group support pages too. I love this community, because it keeps me ‘in touch’ with how women are getting on and allows me to give them information that they can add to their learning.

Hundreds of women follow my information and posts every day.

Women tell me every week, that they love learning about ‘why’ they need to change their routines to suit their changing hormonal environment in menopause and then HOW to make the changes.

Without adequate knowledge and understanding, many people don’t put new strategies into action, so they fail to change their habits. I know this from over 30 years working in and around the exercise industry and from my Masters studies into lifestyle behaviour change. This is why I am passionate about women understanding what specific changes are happening to them from a physical and hormonal context as they transition through menopause, as part of their learning.  Every bit of information has been researched for our age and stage of life as we transition into and through menopause and all the content is based on my women’s healthy ageing studies.

What I explain to women in their introductory module, is that with our changing hormonal environment in menopause, it’s an entirely different game as to how to manage our health, nutrition and activity as we age. During menopause we experience physiological changes to some of our body’s structural features, especially our heart, liver, gut and blood vessels  and this is why we need to change things up a bit as we re-balance our hormones and allow our body to adjust to a changing hormonal environment in our 50’s. It’s why I call this age and stage of life ‘WoMenopause’!

My lifestyle solutions take away all the confusion too. As Tina said, “What I love is all the knowledge about how to look after myself in menopause. It’s life-changing!” [Tina, NZ].

And Deborah from America, with the realisation that other strategies that are promoted to us around diet and exercise, do not necessarily meet the research on women’s healthy ageing,

Don’t forget that there are two programmes that I have designed to teach women how to thrive through menopause. Circuit Breaker is for women who aren’t putting on weight, but have general symptoms of poor sleep, hot flushes, anxiety, palpitations and other symptoms and they need to ‘break the circuit’ of their symptoms.

My other programme called ‘Transform Me’  is for women who are putting on weight and are troubled by menopause insomnia, sore joints and more …

Both programmes are changing women’s lives and you can read numerous TESTIMONIALS HERE or WATCH MY VIDEO HERE.

MyMT™ has been set up for one purpose and that is to demystify menopause and post-menopause which throws so many women into health chaos. From my women’s healthy ageing research, I have designed two powerful 12 week online programmes. Choose based on whether you are overweight or not.

Reset your hormones for menopause weight loss and/or symptoms reduction using powerful lifestyle change strategies. Your 12 week program and my coaching is yours for NZ$105/ AUS$101/ UK£52.5 a month for 3 months. Women around the world tell me it’s ‘life-changing.’

If you are troubled by your menopause symptoms or your weight gain and want to feel healthy again, then I hope you can join me too.
