With MyMT you can learn anytime from anywhere, at your own pace. 

Over the 12 weeks, you will receive seven learning modules, and you can also access optional bonus modules. e.g. for women who are on HRT or Anti Depressants or who have Gut Health issues. 

A module is released in your learning hub each fortnight containing an educational webinar, around 60 minutes in length, where Wendy explains the scientific reasons for your symptoms and the lifestyle changes you can make to relieve those symptoms. Each module also contains a downloadable action plan for you to put in place over the fortnight, as well as bonus articles if you want to read more about the science behind your symptoms. 

As part of the program, you also receive the MyMT Food Guide which explains the powerful nutrients we need as we age. For example, if you are still menstruating then your iron needs differ to those of you who are in post-menopause. 

You will also receive access to hundreds of recipes and cooking videos, a 6-week walking plan and bonus videos which focus on managing menopause in your workplace.

Even though everything is delivered online, you will not be alone. You will be invited to join the incredibly supportive MyMT™ Coaching Community (private Facebook group). This is where you can ask Wendy or other members questions, and be inspired by others who have gone before you.

Many women go on MHT for reasons other than hot flush management (e.g. to manage risk of osteoporosis, risk or heart disease, metobolic risks or mental health risks), so the decision to go on or even come off your hormone therapy is a decision that you must make with your medical specialist.

Regular exercise is important to maintain a healthy body weight, for cardiovascular health, emotional health and more. There is a 12 week menopause exercise program with specific exercises for menopausal women. It’s not focused on intense workouts, as intense exercise can be more damaging to menopausal women.
