In puberty our bodies began producing oestrogen and oestrogen levels increased rapidly.  In menopause however oestrogen production is declining rapidly and this causes production of other hormones to change as well.  Once you understand this you will start to understand why your symptoms are creating chaos with your mood, motivation, exercise tolerance, weight management and more.

Most importantly though, I want to open up your mind to the new possibilities for you to take control of your symptoms with specific lifestyle changes which I’ve researched so your body can re-balance itself to match your ‘new-normal’ hormonal environment as you age.
