Thank you to Anna for inviting me to Melbourne.
âWhen I came across Wendyâs My Menopause Transformation programme it was like a âlight at the end of the tunnelâ. With a hugely busy job managing SwimWorld, I was so confused about how I was feeling. But Wendyâs knowledge about this stage of our lives answered all the questions that I wasnât getting from others. So many women struggle in menopause as I did too.Thatâs why I wanted to host Wendy in Melbourne and bring her Masterclass on Menopause to Melbourne women. Please come along. You will be amazed what you will discover. â
Anna Loypur, Managing Director, Swimworld Melbourne.
Will you join us at my live-event?
Because when you do, youâll discover how my research into womenâs healthy ageing led me down the rabbit-hole of our menopause transition. You will discover why your symptoms are creating chaos with your mood, motivation, exercise tolerance, weight management and more. But most importantly, youâll discover that the most important thing during menopause, is that changing your lifestyle to match your changing hormonal environment is more powerful than we are led to believe.
I canât wait to share my discoveries about menopause, and why this is the essential gateway into good health as we age, with you too. Join me on July 16th, in MELBOURNE. Batmanâs Hill Hotel on Collins, 6.30 â 8.30pm. I canât wait!

My fascination with the link between menopause and healthy ageing began when peri-menopause came raging along when I was 50. It took me by surprise. And when I heard from my PhD participants that they had similar issues, I realised that women in their 50âs are forgotten when it comes to understanding what to do to turn around menopause symptoms, including weight gain without resorting to expensive, short-acting supplements and HRT.
Thatâs when I decided to look into it. Menopause is the gateway to our biological ageing and in many cultures around the world, there is not the same symptoms chaos that women in many western countries, including the UK and New Zealand, are experiencing. I was curious to know why this was. And I found that by looking at menopause through the lens of our biological ageing, I was able to put into place powerful strategies that enabled me to change my energy levels, get my healing sleep back, wittle off 15kg and restore hormonal harmony in my aching joints and muscles. All without the emphasis on vigorous exercise and dieting which I tried, but which made my symptoms worse.
This is what this seminar is about. Following an early career in nursing and then the health and fitness industry, followed by university-level lecturing in a range of exercise science and wellbeing topics, I have combined my 30 years of knowledge and experience to bring this seminar to you. I hope you can join me. I want to get the word out that mid-life matters to women. And in an ageing world, women must remain healthy, relevant and energetic. We are often still working and have a lot still to get done â another 30 years of living in fact! If this is you, but menopause has blind-sided your energy, your weight and your mojo, then please join me. I wonât let you down.
I love it when women come to my Masterclass on Menopause seminars and as they are leaving I hear them say, âwow, now I know why Iâm feeling this way. It all makes so much sense.â
