The women’s health literature is replete with studies that indicate that our menopause transition is a vulnerable time for the build-up of inflammation, especially to our blood vessels and gut. But when we change things up a bit to better suit our age and stage of life, we also help our body to dial-down the inflammation and stress on our body.
