VIDEO from Wendy: The season’s are changing and so are your symptoms.

No matter where we live in the world, we have to cope with seasonal changes – but it’s not only adaptation to the changing climate that occurs, its to our skin, blood vessels and gut as well.

The women’s health literature is replete with studies that indicate that our menopause transition is a vulnerable time for the build-up of inflammation, especially to our blood vessels and gut. But when we change things up a bit to better suit our age and stage of life, we also help our body to dial-down the inflammation and stress on our body. And when we do, we dial-down our symptoms and lose our menopause weight too. Today I made you this short video – have a listen when you get time.

If you would like to listen to my Masterclass on Menopause too, then click on the image below and this takes you through to read about it. This is my 2 hr webinar that I was taking over to the UK and Australia before the world turned to chaos. There is just a small admin charge for it because I host it in my member area and it’s only NZ$15/ AUS$13/ CAN$11/ UK£10, so start with this. I would love you to learn what I have found out about our symptoms in menopause and why you are feeling the way you are feeling. You can read about it HERE
