I’m really grateful when women like Lynn, share their experience with you. Whether you are able to come onto my programme or not, I want you to take inspiration and motivation from them. I want you to understand, that yes, indeed, if you are feeling out of sorts with your symptoms, it’s lifestyle changes that you need specific to your menopause transition that you need to step yourself into your healthy ageing.

“Firstly, I want to thank you so much for all of the wonderful knowledge and advice you have given me. It really makes sense and has made a huge difference to the way I not only exercise but also about everything I consume in a day.
I used to have really bad aches in my knees that would keep me awake at night and after changing my diet for just one week my aches disappeared and haven’t returned. I am sleeping so much better and have not once had to get up in the night to go to the bathroom. I actually wake up feeling refreshed and have so much more energy.
I don’t even feel guilty about not having to run anymore, walking is so much more enjoyable, especially without the shin splints I suffered with for more than a year.
More importantly I have halved my HRT patches to just 25 micrograms with no menopause symptoms and my goal is to be completely off HRT within the next couple of months.
