Hi, I’m Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD), a Women’s Healthy Ageing Educator from New Zealand and the Founder of My Menopause Transformation.
Over the last two decades I have made it my mission to put all of the puzzle pieces together by using the women’s healthy ageing research to understand how we can turn around our symptoms, and weight gain, naturally, with lifestyle changes.
