The Connection Between Exercise and Menopause: American Council on Exercise (ACE)

According to the Australian Longitudinal Study on Women’s Health, women in their midlife years are the most likely to be “in and out of exercise”.

But why is this? We clearly want to exercise, but something is preventing us from sticking to it? 

This was my curitosity, that led me down a rabbit hole which resulted in my PhD thesis on healthy ageing and midlife women’s health. I invite you to read more in this article I wrote for ACE Fitness.
