What is the MyMT™ Menopause Symptom Quiz?

When I founded My Menopause Transformation, I never imagined that starting a conversation about this stage of our lives would elicit so much interest. But whne I went into peri-menopause and experienced my first hot flushes, I didn’t understand what was happening. I also had no idea that my cardiac palpitations, mood swings, weight gain, sore joints and incredible fatigue had anything to do with arriving in mid-life.

That’s why I have my Menopause Symptoms Quiz for you derived from the 10-Item Cervantes Scale for assessment of menopause-related symptoms (Faustino et al. 2013). Our mid-life years begin from our early 40’s right through to around 60 years old.  During this time we are heading into our biological ageing. When we begin to lose oestrogen and progesterone there are changes that occur all over our body.  I never knew this at the time.
