Are you a health practitioner, therapist, nutritionist or someone who works with mid-life women going through menopause? If so, MyMT™ is revolutionising menopause lifestyle education for health professionals and I would love you to lead change with me in the menopause space.
Over the last 7 years it has been my absolute privilege to support thousands of women on the MyMT™ 12 week programmes. As such, women have spoken about their success with the MyMT™ programmes and I’ve been approached by numerous Health Coaches, Nutritionists, Doctors, Therapists and Personal Trainers who are frustrated that their normal approaches aren’t working for their female clients in mid-life. Many tell me they are confused by the abundance of conflicting opinions and programmes available.
As an ex university-level health and physical sciences educator, and an instructor for personal trainers, I knew how confusing the conflicting information in the industry can be. So, it was important to me to share my knowledge to health professionals, so that in turn they could improve outcomes for their clients.
On February 18 ‘this year, health professionals from all over the world joined me on the inaugural MyMT™ Practitioner course which was in partnership with continuing professional development organisation, Connected Health Training in Ireland.
One of the participants, Wendy from Australia, was one of them. Having already undertaken my Transform Me programme previously, Wendy knew that she had to dive-deep into the science of menopause-specific lifestyle solutions, so she could improve her own knowledge and understanding of how to better support her midlife female clients. Wendy’s story is below.
The next MyMT™ Practitioner Course commences on July 18th, 2022 and goes on sale in the week commencing June 13th. Numbers are limited. Email email@example.com to enquire.
Wendy G. from Australia, shares her story after participating in the inaugural course:
“I have followed Dr Wendy Sweet’s (PhD) Transform Me programme since 2020. I was confused about my health and felt embarrassed that as a health professional I didn’t have the answers to improve my own journey. I have an extensive background in medical and complementary medicine. I was so unsure how to address my own symptoms, some I didn’t even realise were a result of menopause.
As I followed the MyMT™ programme I had challenges like many woman, however this programme was so educational that I was able to slowly rebuild my health and realised the knowledge I have as a practitioner didn’t consider menopause, and this was a game changer for me.
When the practitioner course was offered I was immediately committed to joining, and I am not disappointed. In the inaugural CPD course, Wendy has guided our wonderful group of women from all over the world through her many years and layers of research in a safe and inclusive environment.
The CPD course flowed easily and being online the technology aspect was fully supported and made so easy to follow. The modules were structured in a way that I was able to fit them into my busy schedule and always looked forward to joining the group online where we discussed the content fully inclusively.
Another unexpected lesson I have learnt is that I am able to change my business model, this is something I am currently working on and focusing on mid-life women. This course has really reinvigorated me, and I am excited for woman who will benefit from the support.”
