“I joined your Transform Me programme on 7 October, 2024. The list of physical and mental improvements are remarkable. As of today I’ve been walking 4 to 6 times a week (usually up and along the ridge I live on), for 7 weeks.
I started with 15 minutes active walking out and 15 minutes active walking back, with rest spots to see how far I could get and pushed it out little by little.
Last week (Monday) I went a bit OTT with distance on a level walk (7.5km), which upset my knees and my sleep for a few days – on reflection it was a good learning point.
I rested up and bought two good knee supports which I now wear out walking and got back to my hills with a more gentle / steady approach.
I’m back into an evening dress I bought and squeezed myself into for a special occasion in October 2019 (the zip split during the event, it now fits properly), and this Christmas I’ll be in my Christmas Dress that’s not seen the light of day since Christmas 2018 (and even then I was a too tight for genuine comfort – this year it won’t be).
I simply cannot believe it.
I’m calmer, I’m not feeling anxious, I can think clearly, I actually feel awake, I’m not hangry, I don’t feel like a moody, irritated, depressed nasty, bitch, I’m sleeping, I’m not overheating. If I feel so much better after 7 weeks, I can’t wait to see what’s even better to come.

I’m also 53 days Sober. The Sober app tells me I’ve saved 68,900 calories.
Not just those calories, but I also realise now just how much butter – up to 500g to 1kg a week, mostly on big chunks of bread or crackers (comfort food) and cheese, eggs you name it.
I find myself shocked at how poorly I’ve been treating myself, and for the first time ever I begin to see what it is to ‘take care of myself’.
Today, after completing your programme, I’m now comfortably back into standard size 18 from a 24+ (which WAS scarily ever increasing). I’m also 9 months and 15 days alcohol-free (with support of Sarah Rusbatch’s groups and programs), which you recommended to me. My hip to waist ratio is normal for the first time in a decade + (only just but I’m taking the win).
Yesterday I danced and did squats in the kitchen, while I was doing housework – so my goodness I can actually move again.
My knees don’t crunch and send shooting pains out when I climb or descend stairs. I don’t get sciatica pai and my hips aren’t screaming.
I stuck to your Transform Me program like glue for its 12 weeks and I’ve maintained the generic principles I learned since.
I’ve become 14-hour intermittent-faster too, which after your modules, this routine seems to suit my body better. I find I can have a few treats a week and go out for a meal without getting anxious about what to eat.
I don’t want to pressure myself now as I feel I’ve achieved miracles already. So, I just need to move my thought processes from ‘get healthier’ to one of ‘maintenance and gradual improvement / proactive care’.
I cannot thank you enough for helping me kickstart this journey. I’ll definitely be keeping a subscription going beyond 12 weeks. Learning, ‘why’ not just ‘how’ in your Transform Me program was my inspiration.
